How I work

Most of my engagements look less like “design support” and more like design ownership.

I partner with founders, product leaders, and engineers to shape product direction, raise the bar for quality, and build design foundations that scale. Sometimes that means hands on execution. Other times it means guidance, critique, and decision making at the leadership level. Usually it's both.

I am comfortable operating early, in ambiguity, and alongside teams that are moving fast.

Engagement Model – I primarily work on a retainer basis.

This allows me to stay embedded, build context, and operate like a true partner rather than a task based vendor. Retainers are typically structured around a weekly time commitment and adjusted as needs evolve.

Short term projects are possible when the scope is clear, but my best work happens in ongoing partnerships.
